A big part of that is learning how to calm the nervous system and reconnect with our body's natural healing power. When we can reduce stress and find inner balance, we unlock the ability to handle life's challenges with more ease and resilience.
I’m deeply passionate about guiding others toward balance and healing through personalized, holistic practices. These practices have transformed my own life, helping me find peace and stability, and I’m excited to share them with you.
With a background in behavioral health and a degree in Criminology and Psychology, I’ve spent years working with individuals to help them navigate life’s complexities and enhance their well-being. As a Certified 200-hour Yoga Instructor, Certified Sound Healer, and Certified Herbalist (currently pursuing training to become a Clinical Herbalist), I blend my education with these powerful healing practices to support holistic health and recovery.
